Issues with domain name

I made a domain name https://jacketsnbackpacks.com I tried to bring it over to bluest being I did not like the WordPress hosting setup. Now my domain is parked and I can’t do anything with it,

Hi there,
You cancelled that domain yesterday, after which you emailed us to request a refund for the recent renewal. The moment you cancelled the domain you stopped owning it, and you cannot transfer a domain you don’t own.
If you still want to use that domain we can restore it to your account, but the renewal had already been processed by the time you cancelled, so we’ll need you to pay for the renewal fee we refunded to you again before we can restore the domain.
Should you transfer the domain to Bluehost once it is restored it will be renewed for another year once the registration moves to them, so you will not lose any of the time on the domain you paid for with us.
Please confirm if we should proceed.
