Issues with Elementor

I have a website through Bluehost and I also have the pro design live through them. I noticed when I was editing my website using Elementor, the edits were not changed when I went into Preview changes. The website was actually messed up missing information and some colors were not even what I changed them to. I was told to reach out to WordPress to fix this issue or to wait for Pro live to reply back. I have been waiting 3 days now and my website is still messed up and unusable to my clients. Please advise. Thanks
