Issues with Feed Subscription
-
I have a couple of issues with my feed link. http://psynister.wordpress.com/feed
If I try to subscribe to it myself, via clicking on the links or icons then it simply takes me to a single page with all of the text of all of my blog entries slapped together in a single, massive block of text. As such, I cannot subscribe to my own feed. This actually happens on every single wordpress blog that I try to subscribe to. I always get taken to a useless page full of just a single block of text from all posts.
Am I doing something wrong? Do I have a setting that needs to be changed?
Secondly, my readers have sent me messages telling me that they don’t like that the feeds they receive (as apparently they don’t have the same issue that I pointed out above) only contains part of my entry and then a link if they want to read up on the whole thing.
Is there a setting somewhere that will have the subscriptions send the entire post rather than just a short blurb followed by a link?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is what I see when I go to your RSS feed: http://opposablethumbz.wordpress.com/files/2009/06/psyrss.gif . Is that what you see? If so, that is basically what an RSS feed looks like. RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication.”
Under settings > reading in your dashboard there are a number of things you can change about your RSS feed such as how many posts it will show, whether it shows a summary or full text, and there are also a number of “enhanced” options as well.

I also checked your feed and it validates 100%: http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpsynister.wordpress.com%2Ffeed .
