Issues with Guided Transfer Service

Issues with guided transfer:
It’s been over 24 hrs since the transfer was completed, and I still have NOT been able to access my new wordpress dashboard/jetpack etc. The user name/password combo given to me still turn up an error when I try to enter them. TWO separate emails to the guided transfer team have gone unanswered. This is totally unacceptable. I run a business and can’t update my main website due to this issue. The term “Guided Transfer” implies some sort of actual guidance, which I’m still waiting to receive for the $129 I paid.
I’d like some sort of update/resolution ASAP.
