  Hello, I downloaded an open source .rar file in google for a theme and tried to import it but it is always an error

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Custom themes can only be installed on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan — so you will need to upgrade from the Free plan and download a .zip file of the theme for installing on WordPress.com:
