Issues with layout

  My theme thumbnail shows a header with a blog, contact information, a gallery, and more, which is what a want, yet when I try to customize it, it doesn’t give me this option. Also, I tried to upload a portfolio, it wouldn’t display.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
