Issues with Link Appearance in Twenty Twenty-Four Theme

    Hello. I received a reply yesterday to a few issues I have while building my new site (fikadessert.com) and all but one was resolved (thanks for that). I’m still having issues with header/footer links and also linkable images:
    Desktop:
    Safari – shows underline during hover
    Firefox / Chrome – underline hover and strikethru at selection, linkable pics have box outline selection
    Mobile – Safari / Chrome menu has a static strikethrough on the first link without hover/click
    header/footer links have underline at selection
    I have not added any plugins or customized CSS. I’m only working with the theme settings. I seen where you can select ‘none, underline, strikethrough’ and have selected none but no change.
    I’m also wondering if possible to have the header be static rather than scroll, so that it’s always visible?
    Thanks for any help you can provide. I’m not a developer and am dependent on the theme settings. Joe
