Issues With Mail Delivery for Orders and Online Enquiries

Hi There,
I asked for help yesterday regarding all of our new order emails on WooCommerce not coming through. All the recommendations we were given have been done and nothing seems to have worked.
We made sure notifications were enabled.
Checked for issues with SMTP plugins.
Checked emails were correct.
We tried installing an email logging plugin to see if there was an error coming up and there isn’t, it says all emails have been successful.
Our online enquiries via email are still not coming through on our emails (we even tested my personal email and same thing).So far nothing seems out of the ordinary. I also wanted to mention this happened over the weekend when none of us were in office. I came in Monday and realised we had no new order emails which is odd for us and checked WooCommerce on our site and we had several orders.
We really need this sorted is there anybody who is able to have a look into why this is happening?
