Issues with Mapping Subdomain – Redirect Loop

  I’m having some trouble mapping a subdomain onto my blog. Previously, my URL was kevinguyen.wordpress.com, and I’d like to map it as blog.kevinguyen.com. I followed the WordPress instructions – added a CNAME record (through Namecheap) and added the subdomain to my blog, only to have a Redirect Loop error come up.

  Anyone have any idea what I could be doing wrong?

  Hi Kevin,

  You’re not doing anything wrong. This is likely to be a caching issue since your subdomain loads your WordPress.com blog properly for me.

  Can you try clearing your browser cache and flush your DNS cache?
