Issues with Mobile App

  I see a strange icon next to my blog (baylanmotdem132.wordpress.com, now rediected to the domain https://blmd132.com/ ), which I marked in the imagine below (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ly12WLDIDuJ5FX3PFm26LvPPN4mvF4mH), I wonder what it means and how can I remove it? I just tranferred form self – host bach to free host at WordPress.com.

  One more ques: Seems like my above blog does not show normally on the WordPress App. Seems like my followers can not see my update. How can I fix this?
