ISSUES WITH MY HEADER

  I can not get the “Add Logo or Site title and description” to go away. I can remove the site title and tag line and it will go away but that removes it from being seen in the browser tab.

  My site is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  HELP!

  Please send us the link to the website you’re working on. If it’s set to Private, please share screenshot where those texts appear.

  https://alexuslaneia.wordpress.com/ is a private site and volunteers do not ask for sites to be made public so they can view them. Is that the site you refer to?

  If the answer is yes then type modlook into the sidebar for Staff help.

  If the answer is no, then to save you time you can type the actual URL of the site(s) you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site(s) so you know where to post for support.

  We do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page. However, about 30% of those who post here every day are posting to the wrong support forum and must be redirected to the correct support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
