    I had issues with my payment and my site is now offline and I don’t seem to have the domain. I just made the payment, I really need the domain I had and my page back online, please.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I reviewed your account and noticed that your domain was removed along with the WordPress.com Business plan when you reported the automatic renewal payment as fraudulent with your credit card/payment service provider. I see you have since purchased the Business plan again, but you still need to pay for the domain renewal.

    I sent a payment link to you via email. Could you please pay using the link as soon as possible and reply here so that we can restore the domain for you?

    Hi, I’m now not receiving emails – people are getting the below message.

    I have sent many emails over the past few days asking for help with no reply – can someone please help!

    Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

    Your message couldn’t be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient’s domain does not exist.

    Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn’t properly registered at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. It’s likely that the recipient’s email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

    As mentioned by @aisajib, your domain was canceled when you reported the renewal charge as fraudulent. When the domain is canceled, any email associated with the domain will no longer be accessible as it will not be connected to the email. To restore your domain and reconnect your email please pay using the link, and then let us know here.
