Issues with pictures redirecting to another page

  Pictures with redirection are showing error 404. I have noticed that on the url # appears. If i remove the hashtag it loads up properly… where in the wordpress can i adjust that?

  At the bottom of my home page I have circles with images of services. For some reason now every time I click on it it shows an error. When I go to the URL on the error page and remove # in front of the service type it works fine….
  My question is where on the WordPress I can remove the # sign so it gets directed properly
