Issues with Plugins

    Hi,

    I have been having issues with my plugins – WooCommerce, Elementor, Klaviyo and Jet Pack. I paid for the pro version to get support and everyone wants me to pay for support and I am not getting any answers as to how to fix the unknown issues. My site was functioning fine until 2 days ago. I went to change my homepage image and Elementor would not load, only in safe mode. It said to disable all the plugins and check. I did and Elementor seemed to be the problem. Well, as I am trying to re-connect my API Keys I am getting error messages that they are not connecting. I have, disabled and re-installed, revoked and added new Keys. Nothing is helping. Can you please assist me? Thanks

    I do not see any sites under your @londynking WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Since your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com), there’s nothing we can do to help. You need to contact the authors of those plugins.
