I am unable to go to my WordPress admin page, nor I can write a post. earlier today I was writing a post and tried to preview it. from there it stuck and gave a timed our error.

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

there is no help. says the connection is not secure.
for the past 4 months I have been updating the same blog from the same internet connection. -
Chrome and firefox, the latest versions installed and tried every step.
Wordpress app is installed and can log in. BUT cant edit any posts or any pagescant reach the blog URL, nor the wp admin ur is reaching

https://wordpress.com/me/account/But you are not able to wp-admin addutimes.wordpress.com or any of the related URLs such as:
https://addutimes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
https://addutimes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.phpAnd you also are unable to visit the site itself at
https://addutimes.wordpress.com/ yes?Are you also unable to visit these sites as well? They are not related to you, just random sites on our network. But I am curious if these give you any trouble:

https://coleunderwoods.wordpress.com/To confirm I am able to visit your site (and associated admin pages) without issue, so I have some concerns that your internet provider may be blocking traffic to that site. This issue usually reveals itself when you can visit some pages, but not others, based on the URL of the page. Out of curiosity are your friends (that cannot see the site) also located in the Maldives? What if you use a mobile device and a cellular data connection instead of your home wifi? If you use a different network provider are you able to load pages that you cannot normally?

surprisingly I can have all the access from the WordPress mobile app. my last blog post was published from the mobile app after making some editing. I was surprised because I am unable to do anything on the browser nor on the desktop app.

If you can access things from the mobile app using mobile data, it sounds more likely that your internet service provider might be blocking access to some sites on WordPress.com
Have them check to see if they’re using any software or service to restrict access to particular sites or WordPress.com in general.
