Issues with Renewing Premium Subscription
-
When WordPress attempted to charge my card to renew my yearly premium subscription my credit card company pinged it as suspicious. Since I hadn’t purchased anything from ‘WPCHRG.COM’ and the website failed to load on mobile, I disputed the charge. Today I tried to fix the problem only to find that I can’t check out because ‘This domain already exists and cannot be registered.’
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
Since I hadn’t purchased anything from ‘WPCHRG.COM’ and the website failed to load on mobile, I disputed the charge.
Your account is showing you disputed the auto renewal for a plan which includes the domain sarahofrobinson.com. When you disputed the payment PayPal issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention:
When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback. Once the fee is paid or the chargeback has been cancelled, your account returns to normal.
If the dispute was made in error or you wish to cancel the purchase, please cancel the dispute with PayPal first. Until it is cancelled, there isn’t anything we can do as the purchase is locked on our side.
Let me know if you have any questions.

I understand that, and the bank has closed the fraud dispute, they are aware of the mistake. The issue is that WordPress will not allow me to pay for the domain OR the chargeback fees. Every time I attempt to pay I get the same message ‘This domain already exists and cannot be registered.’ As far as I can tell, there’s nothing I can do on my end to fix that and this was the only place I was directed to ask for help.

Hello,
I’ve sent an email to the email address on your account. I’ll follow up with you there with more information. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.
Thanks!
