Issues with site log in for Jetpack

  Hi. I have recently connected my wordpress blog with my hosted website through Namecheap. I have downloaded your app and am trying to connect jetpack to get analytics. I have used site log in for the app and have got my site loaded. But when I click to log in to Jetpack it suggests I use my username or email. My username and password for my site admin log in doesn’t work and I do not see an option to use site log in. How do I connect my jetpack plug in please?
