Got the following email… the I updated card… but there was nothing to renew…

I see your site is hosted by a third-party registrar (bluehost.com), You are in the wrong forum you should ask the above query in the WordPress.org forum. Please visit this link here http://wordpress.org/support to post to those forums and generate a ticket.

That email was for the Site Redirect upgrade from jobordercontractingsite.wordpress.com to 4bt.us
You can renew it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but only under the account which owned the upgrade, which is not the account you’re currently logged in as.
First, log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me and then log in under the email address the notification was sent to.
If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Do you still need a site redirect? I see this thread has already been tagged for a WordPress.com member of staff..
