Issues with space allowed for my Logo at top of website.

    Hi, I need someone to help me with the CSS coding to increase the space allowed for my logo at the top of my website. I’ve placed my logo above the text subhead, “Keeping My Dreams Alive”, but I’m very unhappy with how it looks cause it’s really small and the edges get chopped off if I try to increase the size. Can someone help me with this, please?

    I checked http://lemolodesign.com/ and it looks like you’ve already changed it around a bit by adding a custom header instead of a custom logo in the Puzzle theme.

    I’m not sure if you still want to add a logo, but you can do that using the background property in CSS if you’d like. Here is an example that adds a WordPress logo above the navigation in the Puzzle theme. The 2nd property for padding works to add a little extra space so the logo doesn’t get cut off:

    .masthead {
    	background: url(http://s.wordpress.org/about/images/wordpress-logo-notext-bg.png) center top no-repeat;
    	padding-top: 120px;
    }

    Try adding that to your Appearance > Customize > CSS editor and experiment with it a bit to see if it suits you.

    Your logo looks totally awesome btw. I love flourish designs like that. :)

    Thank you so much! Yes, I decided to go this route to resolve my issue and am even happier with this layout. But thank you so much for responding. My friend Jina Hustler helped me with the design and layout, so I’ll send along your compliment :)
