Issues with step 1 of mapping a domain

  Hello, I am trying to map an existing domain (www.chatododo.be) for several days now. I get stuck at the first step; it keeps saying ‘checking’. I have read in the forum that this can take 24hrs or more but I cannot stay connected for days… Can anyone help? thanks

  Have you purchased the domain mapping upgrade?:

  No Domain Mapping Found

  There is no domain mapping upgrade for chatododo.be. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.

  I am not sure I understand. I have two domains with Versio.nl, on is chatododo.be and one is chatododo.com. I thought I could map these to WordPress and pay EUR 13. I think I am trying to set up domain mapping by doing the steps below but I get stuck at step 1
  1. Add the domain by going to the domains page and click “mapping an existing domain”
  2. for existing email services
  3. update name servers at registrar
  4.Switch the primary domain
