Issues with theme stability

My blog keeps shifting to mobile site on some browsers. To be specific on chrome and firefox. One cannot then shift to full site, which happens on its own again at random!
Unfortunately I love the design of this theme :( and am therefore looking for resolution. This is my 3rd post on the forum. Hopefully I will get a reply soon and the issue is resolved. Otherwise I have no choice but to change theme. :|

I see Denise is already helping you with this via email, so I’m closing this thread as a duplicate. Please reply to that open ticket if this happens again, or start a live chat with us. With your Business Plan you don’t need to post in the forums to get help :)
I’d also contact the developer of the theme you’re using to make sure the problem isn’t there. If the problem is with the theme, there’s not much we’d be able to do, and the developer will need to fix and update the theme instead.
