Issues with user name

    I am exploring your website creation capabilities and if it will work for what I need, before I commit to a plan. I already have a website with another company but they aren’t meeting my website needs.
    I am very upset that in creating my website, already I am running into issues. I was given an odd username that has nothing to do with my email address or company name. I have looked everywhere on how to change this but it appears I am unable to. This is ridiculous…I refuse to have this username. If it is unable to be remedied, i will probably not choose your website. Did someone else use my email address to create a username at some point??

    A username can be changed as per: https://wordpress.com/support/change-your-username/

    Please note that: Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use.
