Issues with widget areas

  The header widget area has disappeared (although a search widget I placed there still displays on my blog).
  Only four of my sidebar widgets are displaying correctly in the sidebar (the others appear below the list of Previous Articles.
  Have I done something stupid, or is there a technical issue here?

  Your theme doesn’t actually have a Header widget area.

  Did you recently switch themes?

  The overflow of widgets is just because you have more widgets with content, so they shift in below the content.
