issues with Woo commerce

  Hi, I have uploaded a digital product on my woo commerce site. The file size is over 2gb so I am using dropbox. I have done a few test runs with friends, and when they pay (through PayPal) and finish the checkout, they do not get an email with the link to the file. I set it to ‘redirect’ and have the dropbox file linked in the product. I am at a loss as to why they aren’t getting an email with the file after purchase. Thanks
