Issues with WooCommerce add=on for website

I am having issues with my WooCommerce extension. It does not have the option to manually add any information, including customers and/or subscription orders. It also won’t properly show any payment methods other than credit/debit card, even those are turned on and should be there. I have looked everywhere and went through every troubleshooting resource I could find, but the steps they recommend to follow won’t work because most of those options are missing within the web extension. Please help!
