Issues with Woocommerce / Mailchimp

Hi there, Mailchimp works as it should but my products have options, and the choices the customers choose do not show in the email I send after a customer purchases their products. (email campaign set up with Mailchimp) My website is not live. Hope you can help. I’m not sure why my options aren’t working. The email shows the custom options but it doesn’t show the choices the customer chose at checkout. The email that gets sent by my website shows it, but not the mailchimp campaign I have going on. Mailchimp told me it’s not an issue on their end. Thanks!
