  If i get the premium package it allow to get techincal support?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Yes that is correct. To clarify further, the level of support differers depending on wether you choose the monthly or annual plan option:

  • WordPress.com Premium Plan Monthly: Priority email support
  • WordPress.com Premium Plan Yearly: Live chat support 24 hours a day M-F and priority email support

  Please note that this applies only to sites hosted directly with us on our WordPress.com managed hosting. We are not able to help with sites hosted with other WordPress site providers such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, Kvchosting.com, etc.
