Issues With WordPress Domain and Functions

    How to get in contact with WordPress support over issues with the site, domain purchases especially the domain in redemption (www.livebeyondbloom.com), re-adding older content I had permanently deleted in the trash while having the purchased or borrowed domain? Once I checked after moving everything from the trash, the trash hyperlink option was permanently removed for me to check and wanting to know how long in the trash and why certain categories were deleted from my account without my knowledge and consent?

    I was under the impression my subscription was to end a year after February 17, 2025, and I canceled it, therefore, why can I not speak to a human for switching to the free option with all of these issues? I want to know where my drafts and blog posts went if I went to permanently delete it unless WordPress stored it for their own servers and third party services etc.? (assumptions based on lack of information and clarity) I would like clarification on these issues.

    When you cancel a business plan, your site will revert to the point when you first activated your hosting features. I have shared a link to an article with information on what happens when you cancel a business plan.

    Once you delete anything permanently it is removed from our servers
