Issues with writing

    I worry I don’t know enough lingo to properly describe my issues, but I’ve tried everything and when I write a blog post (which includes images between each paragraph) I want to pull my hair out!

    My images cause my text to appear on the side of the images. If I press “enter” to make my text below the image, my post publishes with huge spaces on my website.

    I am also unable to make links.

    All of this began when I updated to the newest WordPress and I do not know what to do to fix these issues and it is impossible to find an email to reach out to support directly….recommendations?

    We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. That site is not among them and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
