  How can I do this : http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-issuu/ ? I need to publish an issuu document on my wordpres.

  I’m sorry but there is no FTP access to our blogs and we can’t install plugins on WordPress.com blogs for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
