It appears that my account has been reset/ hijacked and I cannot login to it

    I have two Word press sites, hosted by Hostek
    It appears, due to an email telling me that:

    ‘New user registration on your site Action Homeopathy:

    Username: janaeasterling

    E-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff)’

    I have tried to login to WordPress including resetting my password and both attempts (for my ActionHomeopathy.com website and my MTBBikeGuide.com website (also hosted by Hostek) tell me that I do not have a word press site.

    So at this stage I have no means of logging in to edit, change, publish or even delete my websites.

    Do I need to ask Hostek to delete both sites as I am currently paying hosting for two sites I no longer appear to have access to or control over.

    The site I need help with is actionhomeopathy.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. Your site is not hosted on our servers, and we don’t have any control over it at all, so we’re not able to help with this from our end.

    Please contact support at your hosting provider directly for help with anything related to access to, or deleting, your sites.

    For help with the version of WordPress you’re using you can ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
