Interesting, that you are spying are you but not helping? Judging from past experience though, I am not surprised.
Rather than arguing the toss, a third party judge can judge who is wrong here.
I hit a brick wall due to a WordPress FAIL which wastes a lot of time. I am OBVIOUSLY REPEATEDLY ignored then given the wrong information which are EXACTLY THE SAME REASONS I got upset before then you come along again for some bullying, yet you make out I’ve got something wrong with me?
This whole post started off with being ignored so that I abandoned the other post (I can’t say what time that was as I asked for it to be deleted and it was).
Then there was a 22 hour delay, then a 11 hour delay and more and more and more wasted time and nerves. Probably overall 20 hours of my time which has become precious working on the new blog was wasted over what is basically a bug in the WordPress theme where the sticky post is not actually sticky.
Strangely enough, very similar to the problem I had with Truth in Reality (which by the way I am very pleased to say hit 100,000 yesterday) nearly drove me up the wall when resolving it became a huge issue that went on for days then weeks as I was ignored and given the wrong information.
So now yet again it would have been better for me if I hadn’t even bothered with the ‘help’ boards.
As I have told you before, it is very frustrating for me, as I have told you before I am 58 and have a stress condition which started 15 years ago and can flare up (caused by working and living with people who were not nice and I’m mincing words here when I would like to call a spade a spade) and when it does cause me a lot of distress and suffering and I didn’t have that problem when I came to these boards for assistance a few days ago. So as they like to say in the US, GO FIGURE.
Oh that reminds me, of something that has become more apparent to me over the last 12 years through various routes like this one and ebay where I did a great deal of selling (of many expensive items to the US in the days when it wasn’t so difficult – 1700 feedback and no negs so I can’t be that rude or stupid as you try to make out). Americans just don’t get that while some English and some Americans can agree on some things, there is a huge culture gap which means that we are almost speaking a different language. Such as, I hate just about
ALL American comedy except Fraser which oddly is one of my all-time favourite programs.What is more I am only three-quarters English, being one quarter German Jewish which just happens to my father’s father’s side and the Jewish genes are very strong, which means that I am very German and a lot of that side of the family were musicians, authors, psychiatrists, doctors, inventors, etc. They are all long since dead and in the past, but that’s in me. I have to communicate with people who are actually very different to me, and that can be very frustrating. So that has contributed to my stress condition and is exacerbated when dealing with people who speak a different language (as I believe Americans often do). I once visited America (California) for a week and couldn’t wait to get away, it was as foreign to me as another planet and I hated it.
Anyway enough of me for now, as I know you don’t want to hear it and it will just give you more fuel for bullying.
So have a great New Year, and as before, I will go elsewhere to get this problem properly looked at and resolved.
I do like to forgive and forget, but not everyone is like that and I do understand that, so I will make a note NOT to come back to these boards under any circumstances, as I know I will get more of the same.

The 20 hours is actual time that was I was working to resolve the problem, so an equivalent of almost THREE DAYS normal working time.

Congratulations, you have reached such an elevated level of unpleasantness that nobody will help you unless they are being paid to. Think about that.

I don’t need to to think about what you have said. When one receives insults, always ought to always consider the source from whence it came.
The thing is with abusers, they hate to get some of their **** back, it incenses them. Whereas I am quite calm.

Fortunately, I have found out about fiverr so I am not totally obstructed and unable to move forward as I was before. My mistake was coming back here for more of the same instead of going there first.

@aliceharding- as eurello said, you have paid upgrades and can contact Support directly for any future assistance. They were closed over the holidays.
I would also request from Staff that since direct Support is again available now that the holidays are over, to please close this thread and carry on by email directly with Alice.
