  Hello I have requested to close my account but it still has said that ‘We are removing your websites. It usually takes 15-20 minutes’ for 2 days.

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account, I need to downgrade your site, which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.

  By the way, I’m curious to know: was there any particular reason you decided to cancel your domain and plan? We value feedback from our users as it helps us to continuously improve.

  Domain belongs me and I have cancelled the plan because I couldn’t use wordpress. It was too complicated for me. I’m a developer and developing a website. This is easier for me.
