It has been over a month since I have cancled my plan, and you are still charging me!!!!

I have yet to receive my refund of $130.00, when I canceled my plan November 12th. On November 28th you then again charged me another $17.
I wrote on this wall before your thanksgiving and you all said because of your holiday it would be fixed once you all got back, and now I was charged again. So if this is not fixed and I am also credited the interest that I am being charged, I will be contacting my credit card as this is a scam.
I will also be posting this on your social media for what horrible service I am experiencing.

I am seeing refunds having been processed for all purchases on this account. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

I’m seeing one refund for $112CAD processed 11/12/16 and another refund for $17CAD processed 11/28/16.
Can you please contact your credit card company’s customer service and make sure that the refund has not arrived? Because from our end, it has gone through.
