    We are working with Netbanking to resolve this issue, and will let you know as soon as we have more information.

  • Purchasing a plan is usually immediate; however, Netbanking can sometimes take longer to process the payment. There seems to be a problem with that payment processor in this particular case, and our Payments team is investigating the issue.

  • You’re welcome to purchase the plan using a different payment method. You’d be refunded for the failed payments as soon as the funds reach us – we don’t have a date for that, though.
    As we mentioned, our team is currently working on this issue.

    who is responsible for money deducted from my account on your website. You say that you have not received money from net banking. So who has deducted my money? To whom should I contact to get my money back. I don’t require your plan please refund my deductions. WordPress is a fraud.

    We completely understand and we’re just as frustrated as you are! The payment processor we use (and are having issues with) is the intermediary between you and WordPress.com. It works like this:

    You make a payment -> the money is sent to the payment processor -> the payment processor sends the money to WordPress.com

    Where it’s stuck is that the payment processor has the money, but hasn’t sent it to us yet which is where things are now. I know you have two payments that are stuck currently, so we’ll get the duplicate one refunded once we have the funds to return.

    Since this has been going on for so long, I’m going to add the WordPress.com Personal plan to your account now. Can you let me know which site (balbhartischoolnangalchoudhary.wordpress.com or appliancereview814448558.wordpress.com) you were purchasing this for and we’ll get that added to your account now.

    I’ve reached back out to our payments team as well to get an update. We’ll let you know as soon as we know anything new.

    Thanks for your patience while we investigated this issue.

    Our payments team resolved the problem with the payments processor and refunded both of your payments in full (1383.05 INR each) earlier today. You should see that back in your account in a week or so.

    As you have that Personal plan in place already and the first year will be on us, the only thing you’ll need to do is apply a form of payment to the plan so it will renew automatically next year. You can add that here:
