It is said that my username is already take, while it is not

  Hello,

  I was ruling 2 blogs separately. The first was with the username ‘fidiavalor* and I did a second one named ‘nidonite’. I wantend to exchange the usernames so I deleted the website of ‘nidonite’ to be able te use the username in the second website.
  The problem is that it doesn’t work, WordPress tells me that the username ‘nidonite’ is already taken.
  What should I do?

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately, usernames are a “one and done” sort of deal; once a username has been used once, it’s no longer available for anyone, even if you delete the account that originally used that username – it will always be considered “used.”

  Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use. If you just want to show your name differently please only change your Display Name. https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/
