  When I am logged in and open this URL:
  http://en.wordpress.com/#!/read/topic/polymath-proposals/
  I see only one (last) polymath proposal.

  It should show all polymath proposals. It is a bug.

  Please chacke the reasons for non-display on the Topics pages and see if they apply.
