It is urgent to me… I am trying to cancel WordPress Premium!!!!

    I am trying like crazy to cancel the subscription and there is no positive result… WordPress sent me an e-mail saying that the charge will be done at May 5, and at wordpress says that will be done at May 6, and then WordPress did the charge May 4… I need my refund and to cancel WordPress Premium… I need your help, please.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.     Thank you, i already cancelled WordPress Premium but there is nothing about refund… I understand i need to wait to 1 – 2 weeks for it but i did not receive any e-mail that says that i will receive my refund…

    You canceled the charge before the transaction was complete. This means that the credit card company might have “held” your $99 for the purchase, but it was voided before the funds changed hands. However, it does take time for the bank to release those held funds.

    You may wish to contact them directly to confirm they will release those asap.
