It is very hard to get any thing done on your site when you can not talk to some one?????

  I have the domain name of iduplumbing.com through godaddy. I had a friend set up my hoisting with you and now when I try and log in you have me as iduplumbing@idoplumbing my web page is down. I was going to go with your hosting but if I have to jump through this many hoops, I question is it worth it? My number is [contact info redacted]

  The domain, iduplumbing.com, is not hosted on WordPress.com, but is hosted on GoDaddy.com and using the open source WordPress software made on WordPress.org. We have no control over that site.
