  When I try to “Update Primary Domain” to my paid domain (Blacknight.com) I’m receiving an error as can be seen in this link: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2whms83&s=5

  It was working yesterday for a while but it’s anymore, so I’ve had to redirect it so the site works.

  All my DNS setting for the domain are set (NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, etc…)

  Howdy Gavin,

  I was able to successfully change your Primary Domain to heartofthegame.ie and everything appeared to work properly. It appears you’ve done the mapping correctly as well, so everything should be working.

  I’ve changed the Primary Domain back to your wordpress.com URL just in case; could you give it another try and see if you still get this error? You might also try clearing your browser cache before and after doing so in case it’s a browser glitch:

  It’s not working anymore (have had a few people tell me that they’re getting the same error).

  This webpage has a redirect loop
  The webpage at http://heartofgame.wordpress.com/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

  Hmm, can you switch the domain back to Primary, then ask users to clear their browser cache and cookies if they still get an error?

  My research suggests this is an issue with the users’ browser cookies being out of date. I received the same error at first, but clearing cookies and restarting the browser fixed it.

  Let me know if that has any effect.

  I hope so, too! If your readers get that error again, ask them to try the browser tips on that support document first. But definitely let us know if the issue persists after a cookies/cache refresh.
