  Hello i have brought 2 domain names for my account but i keep getting this error message when i try to set one up under xxx.com any idea what is happening?

  Hi, could you confirm which domains you’re trying to add? It sounds like they may be under another user’s account. We can check if you’ll let us know what the names are.
