It says in my system status my Shop base and My account: Page ID is set, but the page does not exis

  when i go on to the dashboard it says my template files are behind so i go on my system page as it tells me to. Near the bottom they is a heading called wc pages it says my Shop base and My account: Page ID is set, but the page does not exist can you help me what do i do?
