It says my website has a critical error

    When I open the website and the website editor, it comes up with a critical error message, and the email that used to be associated with that account is not working when I try to log in. It says there is no account associated with this email but it was the email I have used to make edits on the website previously

    I see your site is hosted with Level 3 rather than WordPress.com so since we’re not able to access the site, I can only recommend you contact their support directly through this email (email visible only to moderators and staff) so you can retrieve the credentials.

    Most critical errors are due to plugin or theme conflicts so once you recover your credentials, if you’re able to access the dashboard, you can follow those steps to see which plugin is causing the issue in order to deactivate it.
