    It says this URL/Domain is linked to another account, but I have no idea what that account would be. Can you help me acces the account for this website? I have made a new website at WIX.com and is moving my domain there. I just want to delete this site and make sure i don’t have any payments. I don’t know how to get acces to delete the site.

    The site I need help with is meriamalerhayem.dk/. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hi there:

    It doesn’t appear that your domain is registered here at WordPress.com nor is your website hosted with us, so there’s nothing we can do here.

    Looking at your current domain nameservers, they’re set to *.simply.com so you should reach out to them to inquire about your current hosting account.

    Also, you should contact the company where you purchased your domain for help in moving your domain. Alternatively you can keep the domain where it is now and just update your nameservers to point to your new site instead.
