  it takes too long for me to import the XML file for a file of just 900 byte

  It looks like you may be trying to do a Xanga import. If that’s the case, for instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
