Can you use blogs on WordPress? Are you suppose to ask the author?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You should always ask permission from a blog’s author before copying any of their content. They worked hard to create that content, and should be allowed to decide if they want to let you use it.

The Terms of Service here require you to respect copyright. See here please and read carefully because if you don’t a complaint can be made against you and your blog can be suspended:

If you find a blog / Post / article on another site that is a “must read” why not write a short note on why it is a “must read” with a link to the original article. If you must put their text best to use no more than one or two sentences with the link.
If you copy something in full – with or without attribution you risk being suspended and both your sites get downgraded in search engines
