It will not let me cancel my account (free trial). What can I do?

  Looks like you have purchased a domain using the free trial upgrade. That is the reason why you aren’t able to cancel the free trial.
  To cancel the free trial, you will have to give up on the domain. Do understand that domains once cancelled might not be available for a purchase later. Also there isn’t a refund on the money for the domain upgrade after two days of purchase.
  Do you still wish to cancel the domain and the free trial. If you are sure you want cancel the domain and the free trial, you can get back and we will tag this thread for a staff to look into and help you out.
  You can also just choose to keep the domain and pay only $25 instead of the $99. The staff will able to help you with that too.
  Do keep us informed on how you want to proceed.

  I have cancelled the Premium bundle and associated domain indymoviecritic.com. You will not be charged for this moving forward. The domain will be returned to the registrar and eventually put back up for sale.
