it wont let me change my header.

  i am able to change it via customize and save it but it wont change it on the actual site. ive tried different sizes and formats and still shows the old header..

  Hi there,

  Right now you’re previewing our Custom Design features in the Customizer. If you’d like to save the customizations you’ve made there, you’ll need to either exit the preview or upgrade the site to make those custom design features live.

  Then you’ll be able to see those header changes live on your site. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
