It won’t process my VISA card!

    It hangs thus compelling me to click Cancel before presenting the following error message ‘We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again.’ I know my card is legitimate as I’ve used it today with Amazon and there are sufficient funds in my account so I am locked out of completing the transaction. HELP!

    Hey there, everything looks okay on this side, but it seems your card is blocking the purchase. They may need to allow it from their side. Can you get in touch with them and let them know the purchase is legitimate?
