it would seem that my blog is broken and im not sure why or how to fix it

  when i type in my website this comes up:
  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24 bytes) in /webroot/d/p/dpcer001/primary/www/ndxz-studio/common.php on line 44
  what does this mean?

  The site you are referring to as your website is not a WordPress.com site but a WordPress.org site and you need to be over there for assistance with that version of the software.
